Modular Wall System Information and Pricing
The
FP-series modular wall
is designed for use
as a semi-permanent wall
system that can easily
be installed by anyone
with basic carpenter
skills. When the time
comes it can just as
easily be taken down
and used over and over
again. Unless you specify
otherwise, the usual
installation is made
up of standard 50” wide
panels fastened end to
end using rectangular
aluminum tubes as “studs”.
A custom sized make
up panel can be inserted
to bring the overall
wall width to your
specifications.
Our
Modular wall is offered
in three models. The
FP-1000 with acoustical
fabric faces laminated
to two back to back
sheets of 3/8” gypsum
board. The FP-1200 with
FRP Structoglas faces
laminated to a core of
1” thick ridged
fiberglass board. This
makes the FP-1200 light
weight, easy to clean
and ideal for factory
and dust free room construction.
The FP-1500 with acoustical
fabric faces laminated
to two 24 gage sheets
of galvanized steel.
The steel sheets are
separated with a stiffener
core of honeycomb material.
This makes the FP-1500
very ridged, lighter
in weight and better
at reducing sound transfer
than the other models.
We do not provide roofs
or ceilings and suggest
using suspended ceilings
when ceilings are required.

COMPARISON BETWEEN THE FP-1000, FP-1200 AND THE FP-1500 MODULAR WALL The FP-1000 Both sides have an acoustical fabric laminated to back to back pieceds of 3/8" gypsum.
The FP-1200 Both sides have an FRP sanitary Board Face laminated to a 1" thick 7# fiberglass board.
The FP-1500 Both sides have an acoustical fabric laminated to 24 gage sheets of steel with a honeycomb core.
This results in a panel with better sound reduction and that is
lighter in weight than the FP-1000.
